The price to pay for ignorance is heavy. The year now is 2104 and we are being driven to extinction. It wasn’t always like this. We once were a thriving species, we had built homes, towns, cities, countries, communities. We were the kings of this planet, and “They” destroyed it. We knew life existed outside of our world but we never fathomed the idea that they would come to destroy our way of life. We weren’t expecting it, and they came when we were at our most vulnerable, it was a global holiday celebrating world peace. It was once called “Global Harmony” but now, it is now called the day of judgement. We don’t know who “They” are but what we do know is that they have the power to destroy and create, we feared them and hid from them but most of us couldn’t escape their clutches. It was a hell that I myself couldn’t bear, so I ran, as far away as I could, somewhere out of reach of these monsters. I can only assume that I’m safe, so I have a limited time to record this. Whoever finds this tape, please, don’t let them catch you, run as far away as you can. There is no longer hope for this world so save yourself, don’t be a hero. *tape runs out*

He looked down at the corpse of the man once known as Jacob Sweiss. The man was an old one, about 40 years old, yet he somehow managed to escape from the Death Hand. He grinned, he knew they couldn’t escape from death, he knew that they feared them. This information was enough for the creature to understand how much they have impacted the humans. The creature then turns to the skies and taps on his ear twice then waits. He then starts to talk after a few seconds, “Rejoice my brethren, the humans fear us entirely. Initiate “Project Rejuvenate”! The day of reckoning has begun!” The creature taps its ear once and stops talking. It turns back to look at the carcass it laid its eyes on, and smiles to itself. “Wouldn’t even leave the cave to find food, what an idiotic race.” It says in a condescending tone. It then walks out into the forest and smells the crisp air. “A beautiful planet for an ugly race… what irony.” The creature then walks into the forest and disappears into the distance.
